Age Restrictions:

We operate a 'Think 25' policy at the venue. If you look 25 or under you will be challenged to provide the appropriate ID. 

Acceptable forms of ID are;

Proof of Age card with Pass Logo

 

All of our shows will be accessible to all unless otherwise stated. Under 16's must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Concessions and Group Bookings:

We offer the following concessions when available;

Carers - we provide discounted tickets for carers to selected shows, please check the status before purchasing your tickets.

Groups - We offer a free ticket for every 10 tickets purchased.  For larger groups, please contact the Box Office directly. 

 

Delivery Policy:

Tickets may be posted to you at an additional cost (£2.00 postage).  This is only available if the performance is more than five days away and to UK postal addresses only.  Otherwise tickets may be collected from the box office at any time that the box office is open.

Monday & Tuesday 10:00am - 13:00

Weds,Thurs & Friday 10:00am - 13:00

Cancellation, Exchanges & Refunds Policy: 

1. We regret that we cannot exchange, refund, transfer or return tickets unless the
event has been significantly changed (venue, date etc).
2. If the event has sold out, we may be able to resell your tickets.
3. Pavilion Mid Wales reserves the right to cancel an event. In this event full
refunds will be issued by the finance department as soon as reasonably
practicable.
4. Where an event has been postponed or rescheduled by a 3rd party, ticket holders
will be notified by email and given the option to hold on to their tickets, or to
obtain a refund at their earliest convenience.
5. We can only accept refund requests for the above reasons. Requests need to be
made within 60days of the notification of date change.
 
Online Ticket Purchases with Ticketweb

All prices set are inclusive of any applicable taxes but exclusive of any booking fee or delivery fee.

Any online booking fees are processed by our online ticketing partner - Ticketweb

An additional fee of £2.15 is payable where customers request tickets to be sent by post.

 

TicketWeb are committed to supporting grassroots & independent music across the UK and are proud to partner with & support the work of the Music Venue Trust. A 50p contribution from the booking fee on each ticket goes directly to maintain and sustain this venue. Purchasing tickets from the Box Office:

We accept all major credit and debit cards, both in person and over the phone.

All Box Office purchases are subject to a £1.00 ticket levy. 

Please note that we do not currently accept American Express.
 
Wheelchair Access:

Wheelchair spaces are available, but limited. Please book in advance. 
 
Latecomers:

Latecomers will be admitted only at the discretion of venue staff and at an appropriate point in the performance. 
 
Cameras and Recording Equipment:

Cameras or any other recording devices are not permitted. Any attempted use of recording devices will result in immediate removal from the venue, forfeiture of the device and may subject you to criminal and civil liability. 
 
Mobile Phones:

All mobile phones should be switched off fully before entering the venue. 

Lost or Stolen Property:

Grand Pavilion Events CIC/Pavilion Mid Wales management accepts no responsibility for possessions lost or stolen on the premises. 

 

Smoking:

Pavilion Mid Wales is a non-smoking building. Designated Smoking Areas are available.

 

Security: 

Pavilion Mid Wales operates a zero-tolerance drug policy. Our security team will conduct random bag searches. Anyone found in possession of/or using of any drug on the premises, will have them confiscated and be reported to the Police.

Anti Social Behaviour is not tolerated. 
 
Grand Pavilion Events CIC and Pavilion Mid Wales management reserve the right to make changes to these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
